Traditional White Balsamic

White balsamic vinegar is made using the same processes as dark balsamic vinegar, but white wine is used instead of red. The result is a lighter, crisper flavor. This makes it a perfect companion to balance the deeper olive oil flavors such as Jalapeno-Chili, Smoky Bacon and Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Parm.
