Feels like a lifetime ago, but a few weeks ago, I was lured in by a pretty Instagram picture (shocker) of a blueberry galette that I ended up dreaming about and had no choice but to finally make it. I’d been out of the baking game for a little while, and I definitely had never attempted a galette, but I had to have this. With low expectations of how it would turn out, but high hopes that it would at least be pretty, I gave it a whirl and we successfully ate it in one day.
Some people had asked me for the recipe when I made it, so here I am, 2 months later, delivering. I used the exact recipe from Bon Appetite here, and it was super easy, and really was fail-proof. Even when I filled the crust with blueberries before transferring to a baking pan and made a hole in the bottom when I had to transfer it.
