The one person who keeps me sane every day, who brings me coffee in bed, who reads my silly little blog without fail, who makes me laugh without even saying a word, who gladly takes puppy duty when I sleep through all of the whining, who, bless your little heart, can’t cook a thing but will do everything in your power to make sure I don’t go hungry/hangry, who gives me a reason to smile each day — happy birthday.
I am so lucky to spend this day, and every day, by your side, and I can’t wait to celebrate you becoming a (very handsome) middle-aged man.
Happy birthday, I love you so!
*just kidding, he’s not really middle-aged. But he might be, all depends on how you look at it. He’s definitely older 30 though. 🙂
*This photo was from the ALS walk in Richmond this past weekend, where I had the honor of walking with Michael & his mom in honor of his dad. Michael is doing this really amazing thing with his organization, the Ride the Wave Foundation, to spread the word and help find a cure, if you’d like to see here. Proud is just an understatement. (The walk was over the weekend but donations are still open, and every little bit helps.)
